Description

I had to approve every piece of outgoing material from this advertising agency, making sure it all followed the Chicago Manual of Style as well as the client's individual style guides. It was exacting work. Also, I was the agency's de facto web copy writer, so I was able to work closely with UI and UX designers to write all of the agency's client web copy, giving me a fair amount of insight into how, exactly, users go through a website

The biggest challenge

The advertising industry is notoriously callous when it comes to respecting work-life balance. My team was awesome, my coworkers were great, the work was interesting, but humans were not built to regularly work 65+ hour weeks.
